YOU WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED FOR BTW IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT YET. Unless you are getting a farmer's permit, you must have a permit 6 months before you can take your road/skills test so please do not sign up for behind-the-wheel early. 

You should plan to have nearly all your hours complete before behind-the-wheel. If you sign up for Behind the Wheel and the instructor feels you need more driving practice, the instructor may require you to complete your last 2 sessions at a later date. We cannot guarantee a timeline for rescheduling if other offerings are booked. Schedule to drive 2-4 weeks prior to your road test and have 80% of your practice hours completed.

Please choose the dates that you would like to drive your 6 hours. Meet the instructor by door 8 (near the custodian's room or out by the driver's ed car if it's nice outside). You must have your permit with to drive.

Hours will be scheduled in three two-hour sessions in a school vehicle. One driver and one instructor are scheduled at a time from 3:30-5:30pm after school. Summer hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 7:30 or 9:30am. 

If you cannot make one of the days you choose, there is no guarantee that we can reschedule quickly. If you do not show up without a notice, you may be charged for the makeup session.

Do not schedule your road test for the week of your scheduled Behind the Wheel hours. We reserve the right to reschedule any session within 10 days due to illness, road safety and vehicle performance.
