Beginner Class 5 year old - grade 3 (23-24 school year)

Will learn:

Vault: Pop-up (no hands)

Bars: Pullover w/ mat, 3 casts in a row, forward roll, 3 second bent arm hang.

Beam: Jumps, Lunges, Kicks, and getting comfortable on various beam heights

Floor: Forward roll to stand, backward roll on wedge, cartwheel, handstand, back bend with straight arms.

Wear comfortable clothing, pull hair back and bring a water bottle.

Gymnastic classes will be offered with a minimum ratio of 1 coach to every 6 gymnasts in order to provide supervision and guidance for safety.
